Yes, provided you save the settings to a program number 1-30. If you save the settings to Ready or All Slots the settings will be lost in power down.
I have 3 units and each one has 29 of the 30 program slots in use. I unplug the units when they are not in use and have never lost any settings.

I *always* save the settings to 'all slots'... :/

Thank you for this info! I re-read the instruction manuals last night, and didn't see anything like this.
