I've always been a fan of Streamlight - they do many things right.
Honestly though I think if you spend $10-15 more you can get a flashlight with a lot more versatility than this one. Love the smooth reflector on this light though - I love it whenever a light maker incorporates a smooth reflector but can still manage a good beam profile free of rings and artifacts, it makes a good balance between throw and spill for me.

If you look at the fact sheet the HP model puts out more light for just as long. Cool, and good regulation.
