I heard it many times that car batteries dont like to be slowly discharged.
What harm, if any does this do to say Eneloops?
I'm thinking of a practical example. Many flashlights have a parasitic drain. Like a Fenix TK40 which is 0.40 ma. If a battery was totally discharged via slowcharge. Will that battery still be able to be charged to full capacity, or will 20% so be lost?
