Had trouble removing the lid so i decided to dig at it with a saw. Removed the cap and the laser was still stuck inside the tube. Tugged at the laser and the focusing part snapped off. 
Laser is still working when i align the focus to the laser, but at far distances the point is very distorted is there anything i can do?
mines a newwish 30mw i purchased from Hong Kong 2 weeks ago while i was on vacation, but now i am back in UK.
