This is the previous generation of EverLed drop in for 1-6 cell Mag-Lites. You just unscrew the head, unscrew the holder that keeps the stock Mag-Lite incandescent bulb and remove the bulb. The EverLed drops in the same hole and is secured by the ring adapter that secured the stock bulb. Put everything back together and you are in business with an LED Mag-Lite. For a three cell Mag-Lite you will get about the same amount of light as the stock bulb, just a lot whiter and it will never burn out. More than 3 cells = more bright!
Of course the battery life will also be extended enormously. An incandescent buld, giving a similar amount of light will burn through more than 8 sets of batteries in the time it takes to run down one set of batteries driving the EverLed!
This is a slightly used EverLed, Mainly used in a shelf queen. I would say it has less than 2 hours burn time. Runs fine it's just taht I am using the Mag-Lite body for other things now and decided to sell the LED since it was sitting ina drawer and it lasts forever. I paid $39 new, but it's yours for $19 shipped anywhere in the US. PayPal only please.
