The 3 battery tubes in the picture come with the light plus the LE. The original LE is not in the picture. Int'l shipping would cost a bit more because I have to send it with tracking-but I'll ship anywhere. Hope this helps.

1x CR123 or 1x RCR123

1x 14500 or 1x AA Alkaline, Lithium or NiMH

1x 17670 or 2x CR123 or 2x RCR123

The special converter will handle voltages from 1.2V to 9V.
