farmall, it is not helpful to remove all reference to what was sold, or what the sale price was.
I have edited the thread title to show what the item was. It is up to you whether you want to replace the content of post #1, but I would just say that it is not considered good practice to remove such material and it would be a good idea for you to put it back.
