There are some scratches on the head.
This is one of those "fire starter" lights. Easily starts paper on fire in a matter of a few seconds.

This is a winner, and a great price when you add up expenses of tribored mag, KIU bulb holder, metal reflector, glass lens, battery pack, and spinkee KIU Bezel. In terms of output it should be the same as the MaxBlaster which is notably brighter than Mac's Torch....as well as higher heat output for those budding, safety-minded pyros. Batteries can be easily charged with a universal NiMH charger. Good Luck Jimmy

It can be in a 2D or longer. If it is a 2D, it must use 2/3A cells and have the body bored out to fit those wider cells. In a 3D you can fit more cells. Either would be using the Osram 64623 bulb which is what has us call it a Mag623.

The 12 x 2/3A NiMH 14.4Volt 2D size made by Mac was known as "The Torch" or "Torch Clone" by others who made their own version. Once you add a 13th cell fitting in the tailcap that became the "MaxBlaster" (or Mac made one called "Torch+"

The 13th cell makes a huge difference in performance. There was a thread running around that has a comparison of the 14.4V Mag623 versus the 15.6V version. Huge difference.

It's a shrink wrapped pack. You just unscrew the tailcap and remove the pack to charge.

Well, I am former military not LEO - Although I do have an interview in Ashland, nothing is confirmed yet.
Back to the light, I don't have a charger for the pack, can you point me the the right direction to buy one. If I take it off your hands.

I am guessing 8 min on 623 bulb, I need to buy a lower output bulb that will handle the battery pack so I can get a bit longer runtime. Got any suggestions/help on that?
If you can't find the oem bezel ring it's ok, just pack it carefully for me.

OK. I found the stock silver bezel ring.
Post an "I'll take it" and it will be official.

Yes, 8 minutes is about right. The 35W IRC will run on 15.6V but won't be as white I don't think. You'll get more than double the runtime.

However, I'm also selling a 2D Mag138 that has 2 13.2V packs here.
It may afford you more bulb choices.
