1) darkzero Mule LEGO P7/FLuPIC/greenglow/trits,
$268.75 SOLD

Ok I may regret selling this later as I like the concept so much and it's unique, but here it is anyway. I'm selling because I just can't accustom myself to a mule. I've owned several in the past including a Ti McGizmo but they've all ended up for sale sooner or later. I don't do any night hiking, so unless I'm in the house at night goofing around, I have absolutely no use for the beam profile of a mule whatsoever. If you're in the market for any type of mule, I highly suggest this one though. More info and specifics can be found here and I encourage you to read before posting within this thread please: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=228588

Pulls 2.9A on IMR16340 and 3.0A on 17670 LiIon. Wouldn't advise running burst more than 10 seconds or so at a time due to the limited heatsinking capabilities of the XRcan (as per darkzero). P7 is DSWOI bin. XRcan has been bored out to hold more of the glow epoxy, and the head itself has been bored or opened up to show the (4) green trits in their full glory, where ordinarily they'd be partly obscured if this operation wasn't performed. And the FLuPIC V2.2 is the best part allowing you to program the light to your tastes. I can do this for you prior to shipping if you request and don't want the added hassle. At present it's set on UI #4 (user level 1, user level 2, burst, strobe, locator, nothing, set user level, select UI). All machine work was performed by Will (darkzero) and is absolutely flawless in every aspect. Bright Bright Bright

It is available as shown lego'd to a mint E1B body/tailcap. I've replaced the stock black boot with an orange one. You'll also see a flared delrin shroud in the pics. It's the same one shown in the referenced link above if you'd like an idea of how that looks installed. It's included as well and only takes a few seconds to swap. As an accompanying light to go with the glow-theme of the mule, I'm also including a Peak McKinley UV CR123 in brass that's in great shape. You can charge the glow with it (the P7 on burst will charge it quicker however) or show off the cool phosphoresence of the emitter to your friends.

Comments are welcome but please address questions via PM. If I feel it's pertinant to the sale, I'll post your question within the thread along with my response.

Thanks guys, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't I buy the mule head empty from you Neale?

Also, hope Will doesn't mind if I reference his pics here. They show more detail of the trits themselves. We decided that a surface mount would leave the trits vulnerable to damage and that too far underneath the glow epoxy you wouldn't be able to see them as well. So the compromise was placing them just underneath the outermost edge of the epoxy. This way they're protected yet still yield maximal output.

Bruce, count me in for the Peak brass McKinley UV should you decide to split it off from the Mule.

Let's just do the price drop right away to get this hopefully sold today and shipped out before the weekend. ;) $268.75 via Paypal is as low as I can go, and I'll be taking almost a $100 loss for everything. I'll also include an IMR16340 with the combo.
