Wowzers. I'm impressed that they can drive the new Luxeon to 1.5 amps. That's going to call for more agressive heat sinking.

Seoul(?) has new 5W leds at 1.6 amps and ~3.4Vf typical. I wonder if the new luxeons are goign to have lower Vf requirements or if they will be the same/greater than luxIII....

Yes, that would be nice if they could lower the vf, but I'm not holding my breath. Thinking about this, I'm also wondering how the vf of Luxeons will compare to the vf of the newer NUV-based white LEDs? Will they be a tad higher?
