Sph3e pronounced Sphee, as in H3 Sphere & Wee combined.
The Sphee Titanium is an extended Wee Ti with a Tritium 11mm White Sphere installed.
This has been a long project that I have mostly kept behind closed doors until I had completed Sphee's ready to be able to sell, (Wow there's a 1st)
So after many months of prototyping & refining the machining work I have 3 of these available this week. There will be a maximum of 18 made. Reason being out of titanium this has been a real mission, anybody with an idea of how we made these will understand how long the cycle time & difficulties you have when blending radiuses & area clearing for the raised letters. Not to mention the break through sections with 0.5mm cutters :ohgeez:
Basically I dreamed up the idea & asked if it could be done. Yes was my answer from the MD @ the machine shop we like a challenge. So we set to work together & came up with the Sphee. The sphee's are produced on a 8 axis machine. I could go on all day about the time & work gone into these, so enough from me & I 'll let the photo's do the rest of the talking.

So to part with until Monday this is the most complex light I have made & is also the most expensive. Price per Sphee Ti is £325 with worldwide shipping included.
