Spotlight Reflector Repair

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are any companies that can repair the aluminum coating on the inside of my reflector. My other question would be if anyone also knows where to purhase replacement reflectors for spot lights. I have looked on several sites and can only seem to find smaller reflectors and the reflector I need is quite large.
