The following tasks remain.
- collect the last supplies (batteries, wrist straps, o-rings, wires etc.)
- machine the heat syncs
- have all the bodies, battery caps and heat syncs anodized
- wash all the anodized parts
- machine the flutes in the lens ring and knob parts
- polish the knobs
- have the head and knob parts chrome plated
- build a knob assembly fixture and assemble the knobs into the bodies
- solder wires to LEDs, pot LEDs into the heat syncs and pot the wires
- solder up and test the LED-switch-converter assemblies and set trim pots
- make internal parts for battery caps
- build up the battery caps
- final assembly of lights with thermal paste and o-ring lube
- testing, packaging and shipping
