Hmmm. The C3 is nice, but I wish:

1) It was matte, not shiny.
2) It was just high/low, or hi/med/low. Please no more strobe and sos!
3) it was designed for a regular AA.
4) At $30, I think we've left the "budget" category.

As for the Romisen, with all those ringy things and the turbo head on that short tube it looks...strange.
