I hafta say, the output and throw numbers on this thing look pretty impressive! It beats the Pel M6 LED in both throw AND overall output...PLUS regulation! I'm really looking forward to seeing a run-time plot. It's almost dead even with the Inova T3 in terms of throw as well! I think I'm gonna hafta go out on a limb, and plunk down some $$ for this one! It's been my experience that Quickbeam's numbers don't lie...YMMV!

The reflector looks surprisingly like the reflector in the VIP Bulkhead, I wonder how similar they are?

Well, I couldn't resist...after seeing Quickbeam's review and being a long-time SL fan, I broke down and ordered one of the new TL-2's on Saturday. Patience not being one of my stronger traits, I even sprang for UPS 2nd day air /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif...

As soon as it arrives in a couple days, I'll post my impressions!
