Does anyone make a charger that just charges the stick batteries for a Streamlight Stinger? I have a standard charger and didn't really want to get a complete piggyback charger- one that does the light and a battery. I am looking for one that just does the battery. Anybody know of a good one?

You want to charge the stick externally. Google, not CPF google, hobby chargers. Lots of chargers out there.

A company called Empire makes a battery charger for Stinger sticks, it's model Empire FBC-NCD-1.
Batteryjunction carries the same charger for the SL-20x, but I didn't see the model for the Stinger battery.
