i have a streamlight stinger hp. what i was wondering is can a bulb 75914 be used in my light and also what is the voltage and wattage for the bulbs and does anyone know if it would be brighter or more focused?

That's a standard Stinger bulb. It'll work, but not with the HP's reflector.

75914 xenon bulb (3.6V, ~6W) is for standard Stinger and won't work with Stinger HP unless it was originally standard Stinger and you upgrade it to HP.
78915 bulb is also similar voltage and wattage in halogen form.

Why do you want to downgrade it? What is advantage of 75914 bulb?
