Streamlight Strion battery needed

After 6 years, it's no longer holding a charge...I bought a new Eagletac so this has been regulated as a car light so I don't want to spend a lot to bring it back to life...does someone make a decent battery under 20 bucks that works like OEM?

I would pay little more for OEM since you just confirmed the quality.

Thanks...I guess OEM is the way to go...I'm just trying to justify the price of a battery or adding a bit more for another new wazoo LED style...
