Streamlight Strion C4 vs. Inova Inforce

Looking for opinions on the Strion C4 vs. the Inova Inforce. It will be for law enforcement use and be kept on my duty belt. Which light do you prefer? I know the Inforce has a disorienting strobe does the Strion have that feature?

In my opinion the Streamlight is very good for your application.
It has strobe too, you can make Strobe in every mode you are, only klick 2 times fast on the switch and you are in strobe, there are not much lights wich are so much usefull for law inforcement.
I tried it myself and it is a great function, and i have hundreds of Flashlights in my hands before.
