Could anyone tell me how good or bad this light is compared maybe to maglite?

Size,weight,grip,are all better than Maglite but the beam is non-adjustable and very tight so that for wide illumination tasks, ie close up work it is IMO not as useful as the Mag. That said I use one of these lights as a primary light when I'm at work as a paramedic.
