Stripped threads.

Hello. I have an older model of the Fenix L0D. It's about 6-7 years old, the first cree version of the light that they made. Now, however, the light won't stay together when you try to screw the bezel back on, it appears that the threads are stripped. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is this a common problem? Thanks in advance.

I'm doubting you can re-thread it but maybe use threadlocker to glue it back on?

Have you tried wrapping the threads with teflon plumbing tape?

Well I already replaced it with an e11. Just wondering if I could salvage the older light is all...

+1, this can take up the gap and allow the worn threads to catch again. Put many wraps on, until it gets firm to twist again.
