Suggestions On a Headlamp

I have been carrying around a EOS in my pocket as an EDC headlamp for work for about a year or longer. It is kinda big to be carryin in the pocket so I bought a zebralight thinking it was good but as it turns out my zebralight hardly ever works and when i get it to work its not as good as the EOS for the situations I use it for. I need more of a reflected beam than the zebralights pure flood. I'm usually using it in situations where there is light but not enough light so when I use the zebralight on high its barely enough where as the EOS on low is almost always enough. I've never used High and maybe one used medium when the battery was dying.
I've been looking and am undecided and need some input from people who have these lights on which would be the best one to get. I was looking at the UK vizion AAA or the petzlTacTikka XP because I still need a floody beam but at the same time I need a more focused beam when I am working in dark night clubs with everything painted black that will take my fenix L1D on High and make it look like its only on low.
If anyones got any other suggestions on headlamps I should look into also that'd be a lot of help. If not I'm might be considering buying me another EOS

Wear a baseball cap? A Fenix LOD clipped to the brim works very well as a headlamp, and makes for a much slimmer, multi-purpose EDC.

How about the 6 volt River Rock Cree headlight. $25 at Target and over 100 lumens. It might not fit in your pocket too well but for it's size it should be very bright.

Really ?.//// hardly ever works ?

Thank goodness I never ordered one/

Well i guess its not all zebralights, It just so happend I got a bad one that isn't making good contact because in the tail cap theres some type of silver material that I am asuming is the aluminum body on the contact point. I already talked with them and just have to ship it back for replacement.

well the point of me asking is because I need a light that fits in my pocket mainly and also preforms descent enough for me to tell the color of things I'm cutting :naughty:

I'd look into the coleman mini headlamp http://www.coleman.com/coleman/colemancom/detail.asp?product_id=4347-718&categoryid=1116

I have one and really like it for its small size, lightness and power. The beam uses an optic and is similiar to your eos. The coleman is also a little brighter. The downside is it uses a CR2, but if you look around you can find them for around $1.50 each. I think it would be perfect for you as far keeping it in your pocket. Not only is the light itself much smaller than the eos, but the elastic band is much smaller too. It's a really good headlamp imo, but doesn't seem to get much attention here.
