5mm rgb's don't position their dies in a triangular pattern tightly focused but in a row spread, red-blue-green. the beams don't overlap much and with green and red being the furthest apart there's no yellow at all. i've tried sratching up the led without much luck. anyone know a cheap solution to help convergence/blending, some patterned plastic from maybe a household or easily bought item? maybe the plastic from one of those lenticular pictures?
