Sunlite Turbo LED Flashlight (350 lumens)

Hi everybody! I was wondering if anybody had any experience with the Sunlite Turbo LED Flashlight (350 lumens) – Constant Current Torch as per

Given the specs on it something tells me avoiding it would be a good idea, especially claims of the brightest light of its size at a max of 350lm when it's 1"x5". Seems iffy.
