Surefire 6P Defender querry

Can anyone out there tell me if the coating on the Surefire 6P Defender is paint, a powder coating or if it is a dye applied as part of the anodizing process. Also, I was wondering what the reflector in the lamp assembly is coated with. Thanks.

Its typeII anodize... definitely not paint or powder coated.
IIRC the P60 reflector is coated with vapor desposited aluminum.
