I am not familiar with the stock 6P drop-in, but the M61L has fantastic runtime, more light than the stock light, and a gorgeous beam.

Malkoff products are not only worth the money, in my opinion they are some of the best deals going.

The Malkoff will have better tint, output, efficiency, and runtime.

There have been many threads comparing the SF P60LED / 6PL / G2L vs the Malkoff M60 dropins. A CPF search would reveal that the P60LED is not thought of highly here compared to the Malkoffs, for a number of reasons: tint, output, efficiency, runtime. :ironic:

Regarding the modest differences between the M60 and the newer M61 that you are asking about here, I don't see that as nearly significant as the major differences between those units and the obsolete SF P60LED dropin.
