SureFire answeared one of my several emails.
They say that I should receive tailcap within 6 weeks...
I'll be waitng and let you know ;)

I emailed SF on Sunday and have not had a response yet.

I've emailed them about a broken part.... 2 emails and a month later.... no reply. This is a first for me to have an issue with their support. (still having issue) :(

I've had several dealing's with Surefire CS and it's never been a problem. I alway's
email and within 2 day's they reply. I wish it could be the same for everybody.

I called prompt service My U2 is with them (walk in RMA) and they estimate another week. Hpefully sooner and I get my same light back.

I've always called, and have had issues resolved promptly and courteously. From my point of view they have great customer service.

Adam, if you don't get your issue resolved soon, I have a new Z57 I'll trade for your problem unit, and I'll deal with getting a replacement from them.
