Just picked up a Surefire E1B-MV. Does anyone know if the head is fully potted?

Just picked up a Surefire E1B-MV. Does anyone know if the head is fully potted?

I am not as familiar with the more modern era SureFire lights, however my understanding is that conformal coatings are used but they are not "fully potted"
