They cost $100, I payed 107.95 including shipment. Thats cool. And it will take 4-5 days to reach me. ( i ordered last friday)

I bought my L1s back when they were on sale for $79 a few months ago. IIRC, it was Botach that had the sale. I have not seen the price this low since then.

Don't hold your breath on getting it in 4-5 days. Everytime I order from 1SKS I wait an average of 4-5 weeks (not days) for my order, even for things they supposedly have in stock.

NeonLights good try. I ordered mine on Friday and its already in transit. I have it tracked. It will arrive on Wednesday around noon. If it doesn't, oh well. I bought the cheapest shipping anyway. ( $8.00)

Depends if it's in stock or not. I've ordered knives from 1sks before with not problems. If you want to know for sure if they have it in stock, just call in the order instead of the web. Just as quick, and you get the instant gratification of knowing if it's in stock and when it's shipping.

Yup. I called them, they had it in stock (unlike surefire with as month and a half long line), and it will be here TOMMORRO, or so they say.

OneStopKnifeShop is a good outfit. Unfortunately, Surefire cut them off recently, and 1SKS is selling off it's Surefire inventory. Always call, to see if they have the Surefire you want. They are good people with fair prices.

WTF? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif Nice try at what? I was simply giving my experience with ordering from 1SKS multiple times. I wasn't "trying" anything. If you get it in 4-5 days, thats great, maybe they are improving.

I am so happy for you, cornkid. You picked a great light with the proper combination of levels for general use. The high level will be plenty bright for you, I'm sure. From Kentucky to Kansas should take just a few days, even if you used UPS Ground. You should have it tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday the latest. I am glad that you have the tracking number, and that it is "moving" your way!

1SKS is a SUPER place to buy at pretty decent prices. Their service is excellent. They are currently out of white L1's and are not going to get anymore in.

I recieved mine about 4 hours ago. IT ROCKS!! It isnt nearly as bright as my G2 nitolon, but is suffeciant.

Yup, I like my L1. The L4 is even brighter and a tad bit longer. I EDC an L2 now, although it's at the threshold of being too long. I tolerate it because it's much brighter than my L4.

I really like my L1 Lumamax because of it size, battery number ( 1 YAH ) and its runtime. The low beam is perfect for a tent, and with 50 hours with it, you cant go wrong!
