Surefire lamp assemblies

I already had 2 P60 assemblies go dark after short time:
one lasted about 10 mins (non-permanent), and one went out after about 7 to 8 seconds after i unpacked it from the sealed box. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/Christo_pull_hair.gif I contacted surefire twice on this, but they simply don´t answer.

How have you contact them? By email?
Why not call them?

If you look at my profile you can see that I am located in Austria (no Kangaroos) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinser2.gif

calling them would mean I could also buy another lamp assy costwise....

Perhaps you could contact your country's SureFire Distributer about having them replace them?

When did you last contact them? Are you willing to post your email here?
