Up from the depths. Has it really been 6 years since this thread?
Just got another one of these SW02 switches and was curious if there has been any resolution in finding a way to use this with my O/R V5 dropins as I really like this tailcap.

Looking at this thread few months ago i've replaced forward clicky Judco in mine to a reverse clicky Judco. Both stock and now reverse can handle a lot of current thus causing battery voltage to sag quickly.
That means that driver will step down and reduce output sensing this sag.
But there might be a cells chemistry that also causing this.
High power drop ins require quality cells also.
Mine is working great with IMR battery and Tana's TopGun P60.

v5 includes sag sensors so may have the same issue. OTOH, the cpu and code is better and you can disable the safeties to at least confirm. If you have a v5 handy, I would totally test it out.
