Should I buy Surefire 12 CR123 batteries for $15 or should I buy CountyComm Tekcell 20 CR123 batteries for $19.00?

I've had no problems so far with the Tekcells. I bought 20, only used 4 , 2 in an E2/KL1 and 2 in a Legend LX. They seem to be fine, although some people have reported a few DOA in the "twenty packs". I figure even if I get 2 dead ones per twenty, I'm doing OK, considering the price.

Regarding the SF, some people have reported dead/ DOA cells out of the package. But that is just because a lot of people use the SF brand. Regarding Tekcell, I dunno much about it. Some people speculate, with a rather high confidence, that SF might be made by rayovac or Duracell.

2 out of 20 SF123s I tried didn't perform as expected (drained way before they should).

Battery Station did some tests of Tekcells and they didn't look so great. I've used a few of them in an Arc LS with decent results but the best deal seems to be Lisun 123s at 80 cents each from Arc when they're in stock.

I've never tried the Tekcell, but to date, every battery test I've tried yields the SureFire cells to be better.

Arc's shipping cost is $8, no matter how many you buy from them. They are using fedex, dunno the type, though. Btw, I think the Lisun is a better deal on relatively low drain flashlight like the Arc LS, while the surefire more toward high drain devices.

You need to buy about 40 Lisun batteries to make shipping reasonable = $32.00 + $8.00 shipping = $1.00 dollar each. Something like that.
