I just got back camping with a group of friends, they all made fun of me for my 'gadgets' (Solar panel, blinking red LED in the tent window). I can only imagine what I would have got from a tent that could be texted.

There is 1 HUGE flaw with this though--a lot of places you camp, even some where there would be a large number of people around, don't have any cell reception.

Maybe they should have used FRS radios instead. Cheaper, and doesn't require cell coverage. (But I still wouldn't buy it...)
