I think I now have it. After buying three Fenix and two Surefires I ordered a SUNWAYMAN V10R CREE XM-L T6 LED. Living in North Alabama the only choices I had locally were Surefire and Fenix. It's really hard sometimes to assess what you want without touching and playing with them. So I hope I made a good choice. Still have a few more I would like to get. I also plan to go to the Blade Show where I hope to find lots of flashlights. Are there such a thing as Flashlight shows like gun shows thanks

i live in LA, and i havent seen much else besides surefires and fenix in stores, so your not alone there hehe.
goinggear is in Georgia, and they have a HUGE selection of lights, and other great stuff.

i was just a a knife show last week. it wasnt a huge show, but there was a few booths which had surefires, and some other brands. i almost bought 2 discontinued surefires, but the sales guy was a jerk, so i passed.
SHOT show is probably the biggest show, but its held in vegas, in january i think. ive never been, but i think its about all things hunting, tactical, outdoors, and such.

Rule of thumb: you subscribe to CPF = you have the bug, period.

I haven't shopped by seeing and touching since my 3rd quality flashlight, thanks to CPF, and I made only one mistake in 30 lights. I'd call that an excellent average.
