Just got back from Maui this morning. While there, I accidentally went snorkeling with the Fenix and my car keys in my pocket. I was in the salt water for about 1-1.5hrs and occasionally made 8-10ft dives.
When I got back up, I was horrified to find that my beloved Fenix was in my pocket the whole time. But after washing it a few seconds under the faucet to get rid of the salt water and letting is dry for about 30 minutes, it fired right up.
There was ZERO water penetration in the main battery compartment or inside the reflector.
