The tlr-1 and the tlr-1s

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if the tlr-1 and the tlr-1s are physically the same just one is programmed as a strobe? I have a need to modify some that involves discarding the existing PCB. I can get the 1s quite a bit cheaper and more ca than the standard model.
