Depends where you live as to what will be available to you.

Use the search function above and look up 'lubrication' and you will find lots of options (most of it conflicting I admit).

I use 'TRI-FLOW High Performance Synthetic Grease' purchased from a bike shop - works perfectly!

This is going to sound terse, but does anyone EVER read the Threads Of Interest in the General Forum? Or conduct a search?

The discussion of lubrication comes up daily, and IMO, there's no reason to start new discussions about it.
