Ti EX10

I am very fond of my EX10 and have wanted a Ti version so I am making one.
I am a machinist but new to Titanium and it has given me some trouble with knurling.Hell I have a hard time spelling knurling let alone getting it perfect,plus that is the last operation done on the light because once you knurl it it is very hard to chuck back up and if you screw it up all your work is trashed.
All that being said it is a lot of fun and here is what I have so far.

Thanks for the comments,and fixing the link.

I do plan on making the head it is just a matter of time.What I really like about this light is the deep carry clip. It has just the right tension for sweats or jeans,it keeps the light from rolling when laid down,and it provides a good grip for holding the light hypodermic needle style.
The piston is the original aluminum with nickel plating so I don't want to polish it the nickel is too thin.
I just finished the light so now to EDC it for a few weeks and see how I it holds up.
