Thanks to a brief encounter with the very aggressive knurling on a 4-sided Surefire A2, my Ti-S27-Cx2 has had a reminder of my little mistake since the first week I had it. Thanks to the Bergeon 6240 Scratch Removal Tool, it's not nearly as ugly as it was. Since the light doesn't have a brushed finish, I didn't expect great results, but I thought it might be worth a try. Click the image for larger versions.

Except for resizing, the photos are un-altered. Note the small ding above and to the left of the area I touched up.
Obviously, it isn't as good as new, but it's darn close given that it only took a couple of minutes. With a bit more control in staying with the "grain" from the machining, and some practice, I'm sure it could look even better. The fiberglass is fairly aggressive, so I only used a slight amount of pressure.
Although this was my first order from Bob at MyWatchMaker, I was very impressed with his service and wouldn't hesitate recommending him. I bought these to maintain my watches, but I'm quite happy with the early results on my 27! I've also used it on my stainless steel Breitling (true brushed finished) and the results were nothing short of amazing.
