TIR for XPG

I know of quite a few, look up Carclo, Polymer Optics and Ledil. Do you have any further specifications on what you're looking for, e.g. the diameter of the TIR or spot size?

TIR is the same thing as most of those Optics, they all use total internal reflection principle.
But sure fire TIR has the best optical polymer: COC/Topaz.
I tried surefire TIR but I'd say the LXP Optics is the best for XPG. Unfortunately its 21mm,
not 27mm which would be ideal for p60

+1 to ma_sha1's recommendation of the Ledil LXP Real Spot. Have you seen the Reflectors for XP-G thread over in the LED forum? There's a good outdoor shot of an LXP-RS in the middle of page 2. That entire thread is worth a read. The McR20 reflector looks almost as good as the LXP-RS plus it has some usable spill. Page 4 had several shots of the McR-20S with different thickness shims. Not as easy to put together as the LXP. The LXP has a black plastic frame for the TIR optic that attaches to the star with double sided tape.
Lots of folks on CPF, myself included, use TIR as the name for the optic. But as previously mentioned it's technically a principle of optics and not just the name of a type of lens. Porro prism binoculars for instance use the TIR principle. By selecting glass with a high enough index of refraction, you can avoid the expense of putting a reflective coating on the external surfaces. When you're underwater in a swimming pool if it's calm enough, you can see people at a distance reflected off the bottom of the water's surface.
