With a single IMR 18500, this EDC-able beast puts out the same overall lumens as an OVERREADY triple-drop-in powered by 2 I8500s or IMR 16340s. Therefore 1100 lumens or 800 OTF lumens.
Its by far the brightest of my Ti lights.
Soooo... thats a DD dropin then? I have the normal one and that's only pulling 2.8A no matter what cell i give it (like it should) so how could it give me more lumenz on an IMR?

I have two(Cool and neutral) triple's from Oveready and two(R4 & R5)triples from kerberos0023. Although I love the drop in from kerberos0023 and he is a great guy to deal with I cannot agree that it puts out the same amount of light as the triple from Oveready.

The 3-level drop-in that I bought recently claims 1100 emitter lumens and 800 OTF lumens.
In order to achieve 1260 OTF lumens, the drop-in in question would have to be a DD V2, which is not the one I have.
The lumen rating is at the LED Not OTF and was posted not for the acuracy of the lumen rating but to show the relationship of the two dropins. It is showing that the Oveready dropin that you and I both own outperforms the kerberos0023 dropin.
All bigchelis's ratings are OTF because he's measuring them out the front of the light with an integrating sphere.
The 1260 lumens that you quoted is for the V2 Direct Drive version. It is pulling 4A from the tail. (in the link you provided)

A regulated version pulls far less than this.
You have to compare like with like.
I am comparing a regulated Oveready version with the Kerberos version which is regulated. There is virtually no difference in output on mine.

What grade of titanium is the Fireworm made of? Cheap Ti dents just as easily as good aluminum. Mac's host looks like it's more than worth the money, though. :ooo:
Comparing this Mac P60 to any mass produced Titanium lights is like comparing cheese with chalk.
