Tk11 R2 and 18650

Hello everybody!!!, here is my first newbie question:

Finally can tk11r2 handle flat regulation on 18650 batt? I have a tk20 mounted in mi rifle and need a backup light, I think the tk11r2 is my choice, I can use all accessories with both flashlights.

If can not handle it, is recommendable 2 X rechargeable 1000ma cr123a batteries??.

Yes, at least from the runtime graphs that I have seen the R2 version has flat regulation in 18650s.
