Tn11s questions

I'm extremely new to the addiction and I'm looking at the thrunite tn11s as my first 18650 light. My question is do you need the extensions and two 18650's to get the full power or is that just for more battery life. Thanks for any help and if you have any advice please let me know

I used to have an TN11 & i'm sure you get more output when you use two 18650's if you want to get the high output but don't want to use the extension use two 16340 size batteries.Of Course the runtime won't be as long as two 18650's but i can tell you the output & throw are really good which ever battery configuration you use.

I've never ran the 2 18650 config on my TN11 but I have ran 2 16340 as well as one 18650 and I think the difference is negligible if any.

I've the TN11 (first version) and I see a slight difference between using 1 or 2* 18650.
