Can someone help please on wiring a pcb rev 2 Tri Flupic to drive a single CSXOI P7?
Single Li 3.7v cell.
Standard mag switch.
Does the Tri Flupic need heatsinking?
Thank you!!!! (in anticipation)

Wire all outputs in parallel.
Not too sure about the heat sinking.

I would attach it to a heatsink. Its not as necessary with a single Li-Ion as it is with four NiMH,but I'd still do it.

You have to find a way to mount it rigidly anyway, why not just mount it to a heatsink?

You have a number of options. An H22A bare heatsink is reasonable,or britelumens,or litemania's,or the original hotlips sinks.Just machine or dremel the lip off.Or for a budget minded heatsink, use a copper sleeve for pipe,if your not familiar with that approach I'll try to dig up a thread with pics.Cheap and simple.

There are a couple of pics in this thread:2D Mag P7,8AA,Tri-Flupic

Found one of the threads with some good pics and links. The first two pics in Aircraft800's post would work well with a Tri-Flupic.

From here:Nice Find For MaxFlex Cooling

I found two threads about this that may help in your design:
