Trustfire 18650 2500mah battery in E2D LED?

I'm new to after market batteries and high power lights, so I have a few questions about this battery.

Would it make my E2D LED and brighter? Run longer? What are the pro's/cons?

Also, would it act the same if I put it in another light such as a Quark 123^2?

113 views and no one can tell him that 18650 will not work in this light?

18650 is too wide. 17670 should fit.

Pros- longer runtime, rechargeable
Cons- may not be as bright. Should still be a good amount of light, but I'm positive it will not be any brighter.

I've never handled a E2DL so, it may not even fire up on x1 Li Ion. (for all I know)



Not sure on the Q123x2 but I think it'll still fire up on x1 Li Ion, but will not be as bright as 2 batteries.

My E2DL works with a 17670 li-ion, but its not as bright.
my AW17670 is also a very tight fit, and requires me to somehow push the battery out the tube from the other end. usually with the eraser end of a pencil.

18650 will not fit, and never will with the stock body, even if you bore it out, cause the body is already quite thin.
but there are custom made bodies that are made to fit 18650s. Fivemega has made some.

18650 will NOT fit in the quark 123-2, you must buy the 18650 body.
the quark 123-2 body's thickness is similar to the E2DL, and is not wide enough to be bored out either.
but a AW17670 will fit in the quark without any problems, and was my prefered battery choice for it.
better runtimes than using 2x16430 li-ion. sustains maximum output, then lumens slowly drops and tapers lower.
