They're ok, as long as you don't feed them more than one or two individual Cheerios a day or every other day. The regular unsweetened kind are fine however. Rats love them. Rice Crispies are also fine for daily feeding. They work best as treats when training, because rats can really load up on them and not suffer any ill consequences.
