I'm sorry Karl, but maybe I'll do another special edition again in the not so far future, although it won't be Tungsten. ;)

Now, what would be nice to use...

Brass with ice-blue inserts might look pretty cool.....

Whatever it may be, if anyone is considering actual carry, the material MUST be one which will not be readily subject to tarnishing or corrosion. That leaves out the copper, brass, bronze, Damascus combos which require maintenance if used. Now some stainless Damascus steels require less attention but don't show the pattern well and, on a piece this small, won't show a pattern no matter what combination of materials are used IMHO.

As a matter of fact I have been looking at damasteel, it seems that with the right etchant the pattern will show.

Brass will tarnish, but a nicely tarnished piece has it's own charm IMO. ;)

It will be a while before anything will happen though, for the time being my health has first priority.

I am pretty sure Bart has a LOT on his plate right now. There hasn't been a run in a while. They DO pop up in the secondary market occasionally though. Keep your eye on this forum.

They are nice fobs....
