TV1K TW0K the HECK?

can someone please help me out with the terminology? I see people throwing around the TV1K and TW0K term, as well as others, and I have no idea what they are saying. Also, what is a good 5W LS and where can I get one?

wo is colour. The colour code is two letters now. So yeah, it's T bright, WO tint and K Volts.
