Has anyone had one of these spontaniously die?
I have charged the batteries, and loaded them properly, checking polarity very carefully. I even loaded it backwards once, after multiple times checking it the way that I think is correct. Is there some sort of way to reset it or check the head to see if something is wrong near the light?
