Ultrastinger no worky!!!

Bought an ultrastinger from eBay, the switch was seized so I bought a new one, bought a new bulb and it doesn't work. Bulb and battery work in my sl20 bit not in the ultrastinger. Any ideas of what to try next

If anything call SL or look on there website for info on sending it for warranty. Think they are still a US company. If bulb and battery work and you changed switch it sounds like it may be the tailcap. Do paperclip test.

Nevermind, apparently the ultrastinger and the sl20 use different batteries

Do paperclip test.

Stinger and Ultra Stinger batteries have positive and negative terminals both on front side and tail cap bypassing will not work

However, there is a possibility that contacts are dirty. In this case, pushing battery all the way in and twist it may help.
